Craig Henriques is the owner and master distiller of Ocean King Distillers in Goa, India. He learned the craft from his father, whisky pioneer Antonio Henriques. At the age of 21, he independently founded Ocean King Distillers. He has revolutionized the liquor industry in Goa, taking advantage of its natural climate and resources to make incredible and unique single malt whiskey. Ocean King Distillers continues to receive incredible accolades, including from The New York International Spirits Competition where I serve as a judge. Craig is flying in from India Thursday, October 24, with six Royal Tiger Single Malts, including the Double Cask, Sherry Cask, 10-Year Maharaja Selection, and some from private casks. It’s going to be an unprecedented evening. We will gather with hors d’oeuvres and Malabar Cocktails from 6:30-7.
